电化学治疗前列腺增生症临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察电化学前列腺增生症的临床效果,方法应用前列腺电解治疗仪治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)34例,平均治疗电量425库仑,平均治疗时间100分钟,结果随访3个月,29例一次治疗成功,4例临床症状改善不明显,1例改行开放性手术治愈,无手术并发症,近期效果满意,能有效解除前列腺患者的尿道梗阻,明显改善患者IPSS(国际前列腺症状评分)评分、尿流率及残余尿量等.吉论电治疗为前列腺增生症患者提供了一新的非手术治疗方法,其适应症宽,安全性高、易于掌握、患者痛若小等优点,近期效果肯定,易被老年患者接受。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of electrochemistry in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods 34 cases with BPH were treated by electrochemistry,with therapeutic Q (electric quantity) 425 coulomb and the average treatment time 100 minutes.Results All the cases were followed up for 3 months.The effect was excellent in 29 cases after the treatment for only once.The clinical symptoms of 4 cases were not improved significantly.1 case had to resort to open surgery.Recent observation showed a satisfactory effect since no operational complication occurred.Patients' urinary tract obstruction was released,and various indexes such as IPSS scores and the flowing rate of urine were improved.Conclusion Electrochemistry is considered a new non operational therapeutic method for BPH.It has a wide range of indications and is easy and safe to perform bringing less pain for the patients and is especially proper for the elderly patients.
