综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将我科收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组35例，采用内科保守治疗加适时手术治疗；对照组35例，采用内科保守治疗，比较两组的病死率和并发症发生率。结果观察组的病死率和并发症发生率均明显地低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．05）．结论与单纯内科保守治疗比较，综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。

The study of combined therapy in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive method in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 70 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our department were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group： the observation group was treated by conservative and surgical therapy, and the control group conservative therapy. The mortality and morbidity of the two groups were compared. Result The mortality and morbidity of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conservative therapy, the effect of combined therapy in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis was significant, and it is worth to promote.
