骨折治疗与运动康复一体化对股骨粗隆间骨折的预后分析

目的探究并分析骨折治疗与运动康复一体化对股骨粗隆间骨折的预后情况。方法选取2012年2月至2013年2月汕头潮南民生医院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者100例,按随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组各50例,A组患者仅进行骨折治疗,B组患者采用骨折治疗联合运动康复一体化治疗。观察两组患者疼痛改善情况、术后髋关节恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分法在术后1周、1个月、末次随访三个时间段呈逐渐降低的趋势(P<0.05),术后关节活动度(ROM)在术后1周、1个月、末次随访三个时间段呈逐渐增高的趋势(P<0.05)。B组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于A组(10.0%vs 40.0%,χ2=12.000,P<0.05)。B组患者疼痛总发生率低于A组(32.0%vs 64.0%,χ2=10.256,P<0.05)。B组患者ROM优良率显著高于A组(82.0%vs 56.0%)(Z=5.271,P<0.05)。结论骨折治疗与运动康复一体化治疗在股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗过程中具有较为显著的疗效,术后并发症、髋关节功能有很明显改善,且能减轻患者的疼痛,值得在临床上广泛应用。

Prognosis Analysis of the Integrated Treatment of Fracture Treatment and Sports Rehabilitation for Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To explore and analyze the prognosis of fracture treatment and exercise rehabili- tation on intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients of intertrochanteric fracture admitted to Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital from Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2013 ,according to a random number table meth- od were randomly divided into group A, B, each of 50 patients. Group for a received treatment of fractures only,while group B also received combined exercise rehabilitation. The hip pain, postoperative improvement in recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results Visual analogue scale （VAS） at postoperative 1 week, 1 month, and last time visit of the two groups showed gradually decrease trend （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while postoperative range of motion （ROM） showed a gradual increase trend （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of postoperative complications of group B was lower than that in group A （ 10.0% vs 40.0% ） （ x^2 = 12. 000,P 〈0.05 ）. Pain occurrence rate of group B was lower than group A（ 32.0% vs 64.0% ） （ x^2= 10. 256 ,P 〈0.05＇）. The excellent and good ROM rate of group B was higher than group A（82.0% vs 56.0% ） （ Z = 5. 271, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation integrated treatment of intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect, and obviously improved postoperative complica- tions and hip function, and can reduce the patient＇s pain, which is worth wide application in clinical practice.
