摘    要:目的 :通过对暴露于CS2 和噪声环境中作业工人的调查 ,旨在了解二者联合作用对人体听觉系的影响 ,为作业工人的健康监护提供科学依据。方法 :选择年龄在 2 3~ 4 5岁之间的作业工人 65 9名 ,将其按照高浓度CS2和噪声及低浓度CS2 和噪声分为A、B两组 ,应用GB75 83 87《声学纯音气导听阈测定听力保护作用》听力测定方法及AS 72型听力计对工人的听阈进行测定。结果 :高浓度CS2 对人体的听觉系有影响 ,A组人员的高频听损明显高于B组人员 ,二者之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,A组人员相对于B组人员而言 ,其听力损害的危险度为 2 .2 6。结论 :本研究显示高浓度CS2 和噪声联合作用可加重作业工人的听觉系损伤

Abstract:Objective: To study the combined effect of Carbon Disulfide (CS 2) and noise on the auditory system in workers and provide the scientific basis for the health surveillance of exposed workers.Methods:An investigation on the workers who exposed to CS 2 and noise has been carried out. The study involved 659 workers aged from 23 to 45 years old. The workers were divided into two groups: A group who was exposed to low level of CS 2 and noise. The auditory threshold was measured according to the methods described in Chinese standard (GB7583 87). "The Auditory Threshold Measure Methods of Air Conduction Pure Sound for the Hearing Protection", and the AS 72 type audio meter was used.Results:High level of CS 2 had and influence on the auditory system of workers. There was a significant difference between A group and B group (P<0.01), and the high frequency hearing impairment was worse in A group compared with B group.The relative risk degree of hearing impairment in A group was 2.26.Conclusion: The results indicate that the combined effect of high level of CS 2 and noise will aggravate the impairment of the auditory system in workers.
