摘    要:用电解损毁方法损毁Wistar成年雄性大鼠的双侧蓝斑区。结果出现膀胱扩张、尿液潴留和血尿等,膀胱和输尿管尿液有大量红细胞和血红蛋白,膀胱粘膜和肾脏充血.结果表明:损毁双侧蓝斑区后不仅有膀胱出血,还有肾脏出血。这个实验可用作研究“特发性”血尿的动物模型。

Abstract:ilataral lesions in the .locus coeruleus area(LC) were performed in Wistar adult male rats byelectrolysis.Urinary disorders such as dilatation of urinary bladder,urinary ratention and hematuriawere observed after lesions occurring. Red blood cells and hemoglobin content were increased verysignificantly in urine from urinary bladder as well as from ureters. At the same time significantcongestion was macrascopitally and microscopically oberved in mucous membrane of the bladder and in kidneys. Hematuria and other above-mentiondd disorders were found neither in sham-kesuioned rats ,nor in rats with unilateral lesion of LC. Results indicate that after bilateral lesions ofLC the bleeding originate not only from bladder bindder, but also kidneys kidneys as well,and suggestthat this esperiment might be used as animal model for study of "idiopethic" hematuria.
