| 摘 要： | 目的:研究胸腔注射尿激酶治疗结核性胸膜炎常规治疗结束后积水的疗效。方法:对38例结核性胸膜炎病人随机分为两组胸腔注射尿激酶,使用X光片,肺功能检查比较胸膜粘连情况、抽液量及肺功能情况比较。结果:两组患者胸膜粘连情况、抽液量及肺功能情况比较差异有显著性。结论:该方法治疗结核性胸膜炎常规治疗后产生胸水疗效较好,安全性较高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the The effect of injection urokinase treat tuberculous pleurisy inducing hydrothorax.Methods: Devided 38 cases into two group randomly injected urokinase with the examination of X-ray,pulmonary function to compare pleural adhesion.Results: These two groups have defferentiation between pulmonary function,pleural adhesion.Conclusion: It is recommendable that treat tuberculous pleurisy inducing hydrothorax with urokinase. |
