小学生心理健康状况干预实验研究

摘    要:目的:对小学生心理行为问题进行干预研究。方法:通过对太原市某小学3—5年级小学生的心理健康状况进行测查,发现小学生在心理健康方面存在一定问题。在基线测查的基础上,根据研究目的将小学生分为干预组和对照组,经统计学检验两组被试的均衡性较好。对干预组小学生进行了一学期的干预实验,干预后进行了复测。结果:干预组学生心理健康问卷各项得分较干预前均有所提高,在对学校和老师的感受方面显著高于对照组。结论:促进小学生心理健康的发展是一项长期、系统的工程,需要学校、家庭和社会的共同努力。

Abstract:Objective To perform an intervention study no mental health of primary student. Method Pupils of grades 3,4 and 5 in an elementary school in Taiyuan were examined by self-designed psychological questionnaire in the baseline and were assigned to intervention group and control group.The balance between the two groups was tested statistically.The pupils of the intervention group received intervention for half a year.After intervention mental health of pupils in both groups was assessed again.Result The total mean score of mental health of intervention group has been improved to some degree.After intervention,in tested group the mean score of the attitudes to the school and teachers was significantly higher than in control group.Conclusion It is a long term and systemic project to promote the mental health of pupils and it needs school,family and society to provide a favorable environment.
