β-HCG对异位妊娠治疗前后的临床意义

目的：通过对异位妊娠患者进行血绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）测定,探讨血绒毛膜促性腺激素水平在临床诊治前后的意义。方法：对本院2005年6月～2009年3月住院治疗的98例异位妊娠患者,在治疗前、治疗后用荧光免疫法对β-HCG进行测定,并对结果进行对照分析。结果：异位妊娠患者在治疗前,血清β-HCG浓度为832.51mIU/ml,共74例,为成功组;血清β-HCG浓度为1640.29mIU/ml共24例,为失败组。两组在治疗后7d血清β-HCG水平下降幅度,成功组为63.83%,失败组为20.59%。结论：β-HCG检测指标在诊断异位妊娠及指导治疗方案方面具有重要意义。

The significance of HCG treatment of ectopic pregnancy before and after the clinical

Objective：By the blood in patients with ectopic pregnancy chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG） determination of serum human chorionic gonadotropin levels before and after treatment in the clinical sense.Methods：The hospital from June 2005 to March 2009 during the hospitalization of 98 cases of ectopic pregnancy,before treatment,after treatment with fluorescent immunoassay β-HCG were measured,and the results were compared.Results：Patients in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy before the β-HCG levels of 74 patients success group,the serum β-HCG concentration 832.51 mIU/ml,failure of 24 patients,serum β-HCG concentration of 1 640.29 mIU/ml.Groups 7 days after treatment the success of serum β-HCG levels drop,the successful group was 63.83%,20.59% failed group.Conclusion：β-HCG test indicators in the diagnosis and guiding treatment of ectopic pregnancy are significant.
