卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹48例

目的：观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对血清IgE水平的影响。方法：将78例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组每次给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1 mg，im，qod，18次为1个疗程，同时给予阿司咪唑3 mg，qd；对照组仅给予阿司咪唑，剂量及疗程同治疗组。根据患者的瘙痒程度、风团数量及大小等进行临床疗效评价。同时检测患者治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)水平。结果：治疗组有效率58.3%，痊愈率18.8%，对照组分别为33.3%，10.0%。治疗组血清IgE水平明显低于治疗前，差异有显著性 (P＜0.05)。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效较为显著。其机制可能与调节患者免疫水平有关。

Treatment of 48 Cases of Chronic Urticaria with BCG-PSN (Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid)

Objective:To survey the therapeutic effectiveness of BCG-Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid (BCG-PSN) in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria and the influence of the drug on the level of serum IgE in the patients. Methods:78 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of the treatment group( n =48) were given each 1 mg of BCG-PSN injection I.M.,q.o.d.. The course of treatment comprised 18 injections. In the meantime,each of the patients was given 3 mg of astemin PO q.d.. Patients of the control group( n =30) were treated only with astemin in the same manner and same dosage as in patients of the treatment group. The course of treatment in the 2 groups was also the same. The clinical therapeutic effectiveness was assessed according to the level of pruritus,number and size of wheals,etc.. The levels of serum IgE of all the patients were determined before and after the treatment. Results:The effective rates were 58.3% and 33.3% in the treatment group and control group,respectively( P <0.05),while the cure rates were 18.8% and 10.0% in the treatment group and control group,respectively( P > 0.05). The serum IgE levels were significantly lower after the treatment as compared with those before the treatment in patients of the treatment group( P <0.05). Conclusion:BCG-PSN was shown to be fairly effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria. The mechanism may be related to modulation of the level of immunity by the drug.
