| 摘 要： | 目的:探索逍遥散对肝郁证大鼠中枢神经递质的作用。方法:利用中医证候模型,研究逍遥散对脑内神经递质的作用。结果:肝郁证模型组大鼠脑内NE与DA水平与对照组比较下降明显(P<0.05);肝郁证模型加逍遥散组大鼠脑内NE与DA水平与对照组比较无显著性(P>0.05);结论:肝郁证大鼠脑内NE与DA水平明显降低,逍遥散舒肝解郁,有增加肝郁证大鼠脑内NE、DA神经递质的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the action of Ease Powder(xiaoyaosan),a recipe to treat stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of blood and spleen,on the central neurotransmitters of rats contracted the stagnation of liver-qi.Method:Applying the symptomatic model of Traditional Chinese Medicine to study the effect of Ease Powder(xiaoyaosan)on the neurotransmitters in the rat's brain.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the NE and DA decrease greatly in the brains of rats suffered from the stagnation of liver-qi(P<0.05);when the rats having stagnation liver-qi are given Ease Powder(xiaoyaosan),the NE and DA in the brain of rats haven't any obvious change(P <0.05).Conclusion:When suffered from stagnation of liver-qi,the rats have a considerable reduction of the NE and DA in the brain.Ease Powder(xiaoyaosan)is used to disperse the stagnated liver-qi,having the function of increasing the neurotransmitter of NE and DA in the rats brains. |
