| 摘 要： | 椎间盘退变是一个复杂的病生理过程,Fas配体被认为是快速传递细胞凋亡的死亡信号。研究者提出椎间盘免疫赦免特性归结于椎间盘在局部所表达的Fas配体,而且Fas配体介导的细胞凋亡可能是椎间盘退变的一个病因。近年有关Fas配体及细胞凋亡在椎间盘免疫赦免及退行性变的发生及发展中所起的作用越来越受到重视。

| Abstract: | Intervertebral disc degeneration is a complex pathophysiological progress.Fas ligant is believed to be able to pass signal of apoptosis rapidly.Some investigators indicated that Fas ligand existed on intervertebral disc cells was a protential molecular mechanism for immune privilege of the disc.Apoptosis is a possible pathogenesis of intervertebral disc degeneration.Currently,the effects of Fas ligand and apoptosis in intervertebral disc attract more and more attention. |
