| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药物流产后服用小剂量米非司酮,对阴道出血时间的作用。方法:随机将216例早孕妇女分为2组,A组(研究组)、B组(对照组)。A组排出孕囊后加服米非司酮50mg,B组排出孕囊后口服维生素C2片。观察阴道出血时间。结果:完全流产率,A组98.15%、B组90.74%(P<0.01),有显著差异。平均阴道出血时间:A组(13.42±7.11)d,B组(20.46±8.12)d,(P<0.01)有显著差异。结论:米非司酮有减少药物流产后阴道出血时间的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To make researches into the effect to reduce vagina bleeding time after drug abortion by taking Mifepristone tablets in little dose .Methods:216 premature women were divided into two Groups.Group A (for research) and Group B (to compare with A). When both of them had excreated pregnantional bladder, Group A had taken Mifepristone tablets 50mg while Group B had taken Vitamin C two tablets to observe the time of vagina bleeding. Results: The complete abortion rate marked differently with Group A to 98.15% while Group B to 90.74%(P<0.01). So the average bleeding time were (13.42±7.11) days in Group A, while (20.46±8.12) days in Group B(P<0.01). Conclusion: Mifepristone tablets have an effect on reducing vagina bleeding time after drug abortion. |
