三七超细粉重构颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:考察三七超细粉提取工艺.方法:考察三七在片、粗粉、超细粉及超细粉重构颗粒状态下醇提、水提的过滤时间及人参皂苷Rg 1、Re、Rb 1、三七皂苷R 1提取率.结果:三七超细粉重构颗粒提取液的过滤时间与三七片提取液的过滤时间相当,各皂苷提取率高.结论:采用三七超细粉重构颗粒水提,生产过滤容易,三七皂苷提取率高,生产成本降低.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the extraction of ultra-fine powder of Panax notoginsen. Methods: The extraction rate of ginseng saponin Rg1, Re, Rb1, notoginseng saponin R1 and filtrated time were determined by alcoholic and aqueous extraction of Panax notoginsen in tablet, coarse powder, ultra-fine powder and reconstitution granules of ultra-fine powder. Results:The filtered time of ultra-fine powder of Panax notoginsen extraction and that of the tablet of Panax notoginsen extraction were similarly, while the extraction rates of various saponins of it were high. Conclusion: The method of aqueous extraction in ultra-fine powder of Panax notoginsen is easy in filtrationer, higher in extraction rate of Panax notoginsen and lower in production cost.
