| 摘 要： | Preparations of Flos Acanthopanacis Senticosihave the following actions:anticonvulsive,anti-fatigu(?),synergic with pentobarbital to reduce thetime of falling asleep,increasing the resistance ofmice to anoxia,combating the cardiac ischemicchanges of rat induced by pituitrin,increasing theblood flow of coronary vessels of isolated guineapig heart,dilating the vessels of isolated rabbit earand lowering the blood pressure of anesthetized cat.LD_(50) of the water extract of Flos AcanthopanacisSenticosi given i.p.to mice was 31.20±2.25 g/kg,while that given i.v.was 7.65±0.71 g/kg.
