大鼠CEUS定量参数与肝组织纤维定量的相关性

摘    要:目的观察大鼠CEUS定量参数与肝组织纤维定量之间的关系。方法 37只Wistar大鼠,用40%四氯化碳/橄榄油溶液制作肝纤维化模型,以10只为对照组,余27只以肝纤维化程度不同分为S1(n=11)、S2(n=9)、S3(n=7)组。进行CEUS检查,得出定量参数,并与病理肝纤维化定量指标进行比较。结果随着肝纤维化分期增高,肝静脉到达时间和肝动静脉渡越时间均逐渐减小,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。随着纤维化分期增高,纤维化半定量计分与胶原相对含量逐渐升高,与肝动静脉渡越时间呈负相关(r=-0.828、-0.819,P均〈0.05)。结论 CEUS参数肝动静脉渡越时间可作为无创评价大鼠肝纤维化程度的定量观察指标。

Abstract:Objective To assess the correlation between quantitative parameters of contrast enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) and liver fibrosis in rats. Methods Totally 37 Wistar rats were selected and liver fibrosis was induced by subcutaneous injection of 40% CCl4/olive oil solution. Ten rats were included into control group, and the other rats were divided into 3 experimental groups according to liver fibrosis degree, i.e. S1 group (n=11), S2 group (n=9) and S3 (n=7) group. Quantitative parameters were obtained with CEUS and compared with pathological results. Results Both hepatic vein arrival time and hepatic artery-vein transit time decreased with the development of liver fibrosis, and statistical differences were found among all the groups (all P<0.05). Semi-quantitative fibrosis score and the relative content of collagen increased gradually with liver fibrosis going serious (r=-0.828, -0.819, both P<0.05). Conclusion CEUS parameters of hepatic artery-vein transit time can be used as noninvasive and quantitative evaluation of liver fibrosis in rats.
