| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of pediatric resident training, the situation in clinic practice of medical imageology are analyzed and the major problems are pointed out. This article empha sizes significance of standardized resident training of medical imageology, presents detailed requirement which the residents must meet and aims to improve the training effect by the solutions summarized after years of experience. |
