| 摘 要： | 目的评价影像学对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML)的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法27例AML,19例经手术病理证实,其中1例左肾盂内AML术前误诊为肾盂癌,8例经影像学和临床随访诊断。全部病例均行CT和B超检查。17例行腹部平片(KUB)和静脉肾盂造影(IVP),其中1例同时行逆行静脉肾盂造影(RP)。结果27例中,右侧11例,左侧13例,双侧3例。大于4cm者16例,小于4cm者11例。多脂肪者18例,少脂肪者8例,1例左肾盂内AML未见明显脂肪密度。26例CT明确诊断,误诊肾癌1例;7例B超难以定性。结论对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤CT可作为首选的检查方法,对少脂肪者需综合考虑。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the imaging findings of renal angiomyolipomas(RAMLs).Methods Of 27 cases,19 cases were proved pathologically and 8 cases by imaging and clinical appearance.1cases RAML in pelvis renalis was misdiagnosed as renal carcinoma because of undetectable fat.All cases were examined with CT and sonograms.17 cases with KUB and IVP,1case with RP. Results Of 27 cases with RAML,11 cases in the right kidney, 13 cases in the left kidney and 3 cases in the bilateral kidney. 16 cases in size were more than 4 cm and 11 cases were less than 4 cm. The more fat in 18 cases ,the less fat in 8 cases and 1 case without fat were found respectively. 26 cases but 1case were diagnosed as RAMLs by CT ,7 cases were diagnosed difficultly as RAMLs. Conclusion CT is the best imaging method for diagnosing RAMLs. The less fat RAML should be considered comprehensively. |
