椎管内神经鞘瘤的低场强MRI征象分析

目的探讨低场强MR对椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的椎管内神经鞘瘤13例，分析其MRI的表现特点。结果13例均位于髓外硬膜下，其中颈段和颈胸交界段各1例、胸段6例、腰段5例。MRI均能清晰显示椎管内神经鞘瘤的形态与信号特征，肿瘤平扫T1WI多表现为稍低信号，T2WI为高信号。增强后肿瘤实体部分明显强化，肿瘤与邻近脊髓及硬膜囊的关系更加清楚。结论低场强MRI对椎管内神经鞘瘤的定位及定性诊断具有重要价值。

Low fileld MRI analysis of neurilemmoma in spinal canal

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of intraspinal neurilemmoma with low field MRI.Methods: MRI findings of 13 patients with intraspinal neurilemmoma confirmed by pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Thirteen tumors were intradural-extramedullary in location,among which 1 occurred in the cervical regions,1 in the cervical-thoracic junction,6 in the thoracic regions and 5 in the lumbar regions.MRI showed clear shape and signal characteristics of the intraspinal neurilemmoma.Most cases showed slightly low signal intensity on T1WI and high signal intensity on T2WI.After enhancement,the obvious enhancement and the margin of the tumor,spinal cord and dural sac became clearer.Conclusion: Low field MRI is of great value in determining the position and nature of intraspinal neurilemmoma.
