凋亡相关基因Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

[目的]探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌（PCa）中的表达及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法，检测43例前列腺癌和5例正常前列腺组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。[结果]PCa组织Survivin蛋白的表达率为81．40％（35／43），其中低、中、高分化腺癌的阳性表达率分别为100％、84．62％、57．14％；临床分期A—B、C—D期阳性表达率分别为72．41％、100％。5例正常前列腺组织中未见阳性表达。[结论]Survivin蛋白的表达与前列腺癌临床病理特征和生物学行为有密切关系，检测Survivin对诊断前列腺癌、判断其恶性程度及预后均有一定参考价值。

Expression and significance of survivin protein in prostate cancer

[Objective] To explore the expression and the clinical significance of survivin proteins in tissues of prostatic carcinoma(PCa).[Methods] The immunohistological staining was used to evaluate the expression of survivin protein in 43 cases of prostatic carcinoma(PCa) and 5 cases of normal prostate(NP).[Results] The positive rate of survivin protein was 81.40%(35/43) in PCa,the rates were 100%,84.62%,57.14% in the low,middle and high differentation prostatic carcinoma groups respectively,the rates were 72.41% and 100% in stage A-B and C-D.Expression of surviving protein in 5 cases of normal prostate(NP) was negative.[Conclusion] Detection of survivin is valuable for making diagnosis,and evaluating malignancy and prognosis of PCa.
