提高4个月婴儿纯母乳喂养率的调查研究

为了解在我院出生的婴儿４ 个月母乳喂养情况及影响纯母乳喂养率的因素， 采用直接询问法，询问对象为１９９４ 年１１ ～１２ 月和１９９７ 年１０ ～１２ 月出生的婴儿母亲。调查结果显示：我院出生的婴儿产后１ 个月母乳喂养率从１９９３ 年的３１ ．４％ 上升为１９９４ 年的８０ ．１５ ％ 。产后４ 个月母乳喂养率由１９９２ 年的２４ ％ 上升为１９９４ 年的５７．７９ ％ ，其中纯母乳喂养率为３６ ．４３ ％ 。１９９７ 年生后４ 个月婴儿母乳喂养率为６５ ．３４ ％ ， 其中纯母乳喂养率上升为５６ ．０４ ％ 。统计分析表明：分娩方式、乳房发育不良、家庭经济水平、孕期对母乳喂养态度是影响母乳喂养成功的主要因素。本文对影响纯母乳喂养率的原因进行了探讨。

An Analysis of the Raising in the Breast-Feeding of the First 4 Months after Birth

For knowing the situation of the breast feeding of the first 4 months after birth and the influencing factors on breast feeding rate of the first 4 months after birth, the authors carried out investigation 398 maternal cases who deliveried in our hospital from November 1,1994 to December 31,1994 and 504 cases from October 1 , 1997 to December 31, 1997. The result showed that the breast feeding rate of the first month after birth has been raised from 31. 4% in 1993 to 80.15% in 1994, the breast feeding rate of the first 4 months after birth has been raised from 24% in 1992 to 57.79% in 1994, 65.34% in 1997. The pure breast feeding rate of the first 4 months after birth has been raised from 36.43% in 1994 to 56.04% in 1997. We found that many influencing factors on the breast feeding rate of the first 4 months after birth ,such as obstetrical way, breast maldevelopment, family ecnomic situation,cognition for breast feeding during pregnancy etc. Epidemiological analysis of the influencing factors on the breast feeding of the 4 months after birth was made in this paper.
