健康教育在产褥期保健的作用

目的：评价健康教育在产褥期中的作用和意义。方法：选择2004年7月至2005年3月间1 376例在广州市妇婴医院进行分娩的产妇,随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行系统性的院内外结合的健康教育,对其两组的产妇自我护理能力、母婴患病率和母乳喂养率分别用SPSS12.0进行统计学处理。结果：两组的孕产妇在自我护理能力、母婴患病率和母乳喂养率等方面差异均有显著性。结论：综合性的健康教育能有效地提高孕产妇的保健知识水平,使其树立正确的健康价值观,提高孕产妇自我护理能力,为产妇在产褥期提供了可靠的母婴健康,降低了产褥期母婴患病率,提高母乳喂养率。

The role of health education in puerperium

Objective:To investigate the role of health education in puerperium.Methods:Investigate retrospectively 1376 pregnant women in Maternal and Neonatal Hospital of Guangzhou were randomly divided into 2 groups from July 2004 to March 2005,702 pregnant women who had received the systemic and inside-and outside-hospital health education were enrolled for the study group and 674 untrained ones served as controls group.The self-nursing ability of pregnant women,the morbility rate of mother-infant in puerperium and the breast feeding rate were observed and compared between 2 groups.All outcomes were analytised by Statistical Package for the Social Science(SPSS)12.0.Results:The difference in self-nursing ability,the morbility rate of mother-infant in puerperium and the breast feeding rate between the study group and controls group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive health education can effectively raise the heath knowledge of pregnant women,set up the correct healthy outlook on value and improve the self-nursing ability of pregnant women.It provides the reliable guarantee for the parturient women in puerperium,ensures the health of mother-infant,reduces the morbility rate of mother-infant in puerperium and improves the breast feeding rate.
