防术后粘连膜的组织病理学观察

摘    要:目的研制防术后粘连膜。方法采用新型天然生物材料壳聚糖,并通过动物植入实验研究其生物降解性,经组织学光镜观察其组织相容性。并对数据进行统计学处理。结果壳聚糖膜早期可引起轻度慢性非特异性炎症反应,16周后,其肌体反应接近丝线纽。结论壳聚糖是一种性能很好的生物材料,可用于防术后粘连膜的研制。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a membrane for the prevention of postoperation adhesionh. MethodsA biodegradable absorptable membrane for the prevention of postsurgical adhesion was prepared from chitosan, a novel, natural and biocogic macromolecular matirial. Biodegrability and tissue compatibility of the membrane were investigated by animal experimentation and histopathological observation. Results Observations showed that the membrane caused a mild chronic unspecific inflammatory response at the early stage,but with time and obsorption of the material, the response became milder. 16 weeks after the implantation, the response in the membraneimplant group was similar to that in the suture-implant group. Conclusion The results indicate that chitosan is a good biodegradable material and can be used for the preparation of a postsurgical adhesion preventing membrane.
