儿童下丘脑错沟瘤的CT和MR诊断

目的探讨CT和MR对儿童下丘脑错沟瘤的诊断价值,提高对该疾病的CT、MR表现与临床症状的认识。方法回顾性分析5例儿童下丘脑错沟瘤的临床资料和CT、MR,其中男性为2例,女性为3例,最小年龄为4岁,最大年龄为8岁。结果下丘脑错沟瘤特征性的临床表现为性早熟,病灶在CT上为鞍上下丘脑区等密度或略低密度,MRTlWI表现为低或略低信号影;T2WI呈高或稍高信号影。增强检查病灶无强化。结论下丘脑错沟瘤是导致儿童性早熟的重要原因之一,结合患儿,特征性临床表现及CT、MR影像学证象,能做出明确诊断,无需病理诊断。

CT and MR Diagnosis of Hypofhalamic Hamartomain Children

Objective To exaluate CT and MR in the diagnosis of hypothalamic hamatoma in children. Methods Clinical materials and CT and MR imaging of five patients with hypothalamic hamartoma were reviewed retrospertively. Male was 2, female was 3. The youngest was 4 years old, The oldest was 8 years old. Reasults The main Clinical features of the hypothalamic hamartoroma was due to precocious puberty. CT showed homogeneous intensity or slight hyperiten sity signal or T2WI. There was no enhacement in all cases with contrast agents. Conclusion The hypothalamic hamartoma is one of the important cause of intense procious puerty. CT and MR can make correct diagnosis.
