| 摘 要： | 目的检验泰一液对机体是否具有免疫调节功能。方法试验从体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫等不同角度考虑，选择脾脏抗体生成细胞数、迟发型变态反应和巨噬细胞吞噬指数等免疫学指标来检测泰一液对机体的免疫调节作用。结果泰一液在10～15ml／kg体重剂量范围内，使小鼠因产生迟发型变态反应而至的足跖肿胀度增加、小鼠脾脏抗体生成细胞数明显增加、机体巨噬细胞的吞噬指数有所增加。结论泰一液具有比较全面地调节动物机体免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To search the immune-modulation of TAIYIYE. [ Methods] According to the point of humoral immunity, cellular immune and non-specific immunity, the immune-modulation of TAIYIYE was detected with immunological index, including number of plaque forming cell （PFC） of spleen, delayed type hypersensitivity and maerophage function assay. [ Results] In the dosage range of 10 - 15 ml/kg · Bw, thickness of mice paw edema caused by delayed type hypersensitivity, the number of PFC of spleen and macrophage function assay all increased. [ Conclusion] TAIYIYE could improve the immune function in animals roundly. |
