| 摘 要： | 免疫结合物又称免疫导向药物。由单克隆抗体、交联剂及抗癌制剂构成。它能特异地杀伤肿瘤细胞，而对正常细胞有很小的损伤作用。并能降低毒副作用。本文综述了单克隆抗休与化疗药物形成的免疫导向药物的抗肿癌作用及其存在的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Immunoconjugate is also called the immunotargeted drug,which consists of monoclonal antibodies,linkers and anti-cancer agents. It is sl specifically capable of killing tumour cells with little injuring effect on normal cells and decreasing toxic side effect of the agents. The antitumour effect and main problems of immunoconjugates formed by monoclonal antibodies and chemotherapeutic agents are reviewed i n this article. |
