上海市部分中小学生肥胖现况及其相关因素分析

目的 了解上海市中小学生肥胖及超重现况，探讨影响中小学生肥胖相关的因素。方法 采用身高标准体重法评价肥胖及超重，对3962名7～17岁中小学生进行横断面调查；通过问卷调查，对510名7～13岁中小学生进行病例对照研究，并采用多分类有序反应变量Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果 7～17岁中小学生超重率为8．38％(男生为9．15％，女生为7．55％)，肥胖率为8．83％(男生为11．63％，女生为5．82％)，肥胖及超重合计为17．2l％(男生为20．78％，女生为13．37％)。肥胖或超重的危险因素有父母亲肥胖、母乳喂养时间长、食欲好．进食速度快，保护因素有常吃零食、每周早餐次数。结论 上海市中小学生目前肥胖及超重率较高，儿童肥胖问题应受到重视。

The Prevalence of Obesity and Risk Factors among some Primary and Secondary School Students in Shanghai

Objective To study the prevalence of obesity, overweight and risk factors among primary and secondary school students. Methods The weight-for-height chart was used to identify obesity and overweight. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 3962 school children aged 7 - 17 to assess the prevalence of obesity and overweight. A case-control study, carried out among 510 pairs, and ordinal logistic regression analysis were used to study the risk factors for obesity. Results The rate of overweight was 8.38% (male, 9.15%; female, 7.55%) and the rate of obesity was 8.83% (male, 11.63%; female, 5.82%)in children aged 717. Ordinal logistic regression analysis indicated that parental obesity, longer breast milk feeding, good appetite and faster taking foods were positively while preference for snacks and frequency of breakfast were negatively associated with obesity and overweight. Conclusions Obe-sity and overweight are common among 7-17 -year - old children in Shanghai, more attention should be paid to childhood obesity.
