Id1在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义（附136例分析）

目的 检测Id1在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与组织病理学的关系及其影响预后的可能机制.方法 应用免疫组织化学染色方法(SP法)检测136例乳腺癌组织中Id1的表达情况,回顾性分析Id1蛋白表达与乳腺癌临床病理学指标和预后的关系.结果 本组病例Id1表达阳性率为55.88%(76/136),对照组阳性率为9.38%(3/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).乳腺癌Id1表达与病理类型、组织分化、腋窝淋巴结转移、远处转移、疾病分期明显相关;与发病年龄、激素受体状况、肿瘤大小等无相关性(P>0.05);与患者预后相关,Id1表达阳性的乳腺癌患者5年生存率为75.1%,Id1表达阴性的乳腺癌患者5年生存率为94.3%,Id1表达阴性的患者预后较好.结论 ID1表达于乳腺癌细胞,与组织病理类型、细胞分化、腋窝淋林巴结转移、远处转移及疾病分期明显相关.可作为预后判断的参考指标.

Expression and clinical significance of Id1 in breast cancer:Analysis of 136 cases

Objective To study the expression of Id1 in breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathologic and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of Id1 were performed by the standard streptavidin-peroxidase(SP) technique for the paraffin-embeded sections of 136 breast cancers.The relationship between expression of Id1 with the clinicopathologic parameters,prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive rate of Id1 in breast cancer was 55.88%(76/136),no immunoreactivity of Id1 was seen in normal breast tissues.The rate of The positive expression of Id1 was significantly related to lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and TNM staging(P<0.05),but had no relation with the elements of age,ER and tumor location(P>0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with Id1-positive tumors was significantly lower than that of patients with Id1-negative tumors(75.1% vs 94.3%,P<0.05,log-rank test).Conclusion Id1 is overexpressed in breast cancer.The rate of the positive expression of Id1 is significantly related to lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and TNM staging(P<0.05) and represents an independent marker for prognosis of breast cancer.
