| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部闭合伤的诊断，治疗及如何降低病死率。方法对我院1998年1月至2003年12月闭合性腹部外伤187例进行回顾性分析，包括单一脏器损伤78例，多脏器或合并其他重要系统损伤109例。非手术治疗11例，手术治疗176例。结果痊愈178例，死亡9例。结论及时确诊，早期抗休克，合理处理多发伤是腹部闭合伤治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis, treatment of closed abdominal trauma and how to reduce its death rate. Methods From January 1998 to December 2003,187cases with closed abdominal trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,78 cases were single organ injuray, 109 cases were multiple organ injuries or associated with important system injury. Nonoperative treatment was in 11 cases. 176 cases underwent operative treatment. Result 178 cases were cured.9 cases died. Conclusion The keys to treat the closed abdominal trauma are in time to make a correct diagnosis, early anti-shock, reasonable management of multiple injuries. |
