口服米索前列醇防治高危因素产后出血的临床观察

目的　观察口服米索前列醇用于预防高危因素产后出血的效果。方法　选择 13 7例有发生产后出血高危因素的产妇随机分为实验和对照组。实验组 79例 ,在胎儿娩出后立即口服米索前列醇 40 0ug。对照组 5 8例 ,在胎儿娩出后立即宫体内注射催产素 2 0u ,观察组为 2 49ml,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。产后 2 4小时内平均出血量 ,试验组为 3 92ml,对照组为 43 4ml,两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　米索前列醇具有比催产素更强的子宫收缩作用 ,能很好地预防高危因素的产后出血 ,且用药方便、安全

Clinical Study On Reduction of Postpartum Bleeding in The Risk Fac tors by Misoprostol

Objective To observe the effects of oral misoprostol on reduction of postpartum bleeding in the risk fators.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven puerperants,which have the risk factors of postpartum bleeding,were randomized into two groups:studay group (n=79),400ug misoprostol was given orally immediately after delivery of baby.control group (n=58),20IU oxytocin was injected into uterine muscle immediately after delivery of baby.The amount of bleeding within 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery was measured.Results The mean amount of bleeding within 2 hours in study gropu was 185ml and control group was 249ml after delivery.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01).Within 24 hours after delivery,the mean amount of bleeding in study group was 392ml and control group was 434ml,the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Misoprostol is more effective in controlling the risk fators of postpartum bleeding than that of oxytocin.Drug is easy and safe to perform.
