恶性肿瘤患者围术期血液流变学变化机制及研究进展

恶性肿瘤患者通常存在着血液流变学变化,目前这种变化的机制尚不完全明确。围术期诸多因素会影响其血液流变性,如术前禁食、禁饮、术中低温、麻醉药物、麻醉方法、输液、手术刺激、术后镇痛,以及某些药物等。通过探究恶性肿瘤患者围术期血液流变学的变化机制,从而寻找出改善恶性肿瘤患者围术期血液流变学变化的措施,降低其因血液流变学异常引起的心血管并发症和血栓事件。

Research Progress about Changes and Mechanism of Haemorheology in Patients with Malignant Tumor during Perioperative Period
