大鼠磨牙移动致牙髓CGRP样神经的变化及意义

摘    要:目的研究大鼠磨牙受力移动时牙髓组织中神经肽CGRP免疫阳性神经纤维的分布变化情况及意义。方法利用免疫组化方法对大鼠磨牙切片进行染色,观察大鼠磨牙受力移动后不同时间段牙髓组织中神经肽CGRP免疫阳性神经纤维的分布变化情况。结果大鼠磨牙牙髓内CGRP免疫阳性神经纤维数量在牙齿移动早期急剧减少,此后逐渐恢复并超过正常值,约24h达到最大数量。结论大鼠磨牙移动时对牙齿产生伤害性刺激,引起牙髓末梢神经兴奋大量释放CGRP等神经肽,导致牙髓神经纤维中CGRP含量发生动态变化。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the variation of CGRP IR nerves in rat molar pulp during experimental tooth movement.Methods Colorated the slice of the rat molar by the immunohistochemical methods.Observed the alteration of rat CGRP IR nerves in pulp after tooth movement by microscope.Results The amount of CGRP IR nerves in rat molar pulp were acutely decreased after tooth movement,then came back gradually,and reached the peak after 24 hours.Conclusion The rat tooth movement stimulates the pulp nerves to release CGRP,which cause the variation of CGRP in the rat tooth pulp.
