| 摘 要： | 为研究血清前白蛋白在儿童急性血吸虫感染时的动态变化，采用酶联免疫吸附试验对正常儿童与治疗前后血吸虫感染儿童血清前白蛋白进行测定。发现正常组血清前白蛋白含量与感染组治疗前相比较有非常显著性差异(t=3.7797,P<0.001)；与感染组治疗后相比较无显著性差异(t=1.0254,P>0.05)。表明血清前白蛋白测定对儿童急性血吸虫感染患儿的肝损害程度的估计具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | To investigate the dynamic changes of serum prealbumin in children with acute schistosomial infection, the prealbumin levels in schistosome infected group and the control group were determined by using ELISA. It was found that the content of prealbumin in the schistosome infected group was significantly increased as compared with that in the control group ( t =3.7797, P <0.001). However, there was no significant difference in the content of prealbumin in the patients with schistosomial infection before and after treatment ( t =1.0254, P >0.05). It was suggested that the determination of serum prealbumin had an important value to evaluate the severity of liver damage in the children with infection of schistosome. |
