| 摘 要： | 设计合成了９个未见文献报道的２－（Ｅ）－（３，５－二叔丁基－４－羟基亚苄基）环戊酮Ｍannich碱类化合物，初步药理实验结果显示：其中两个化合物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有较强的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Nine new Mannich bases of 2 (E) (3,5 Di tert butyl 4 hydroxy benzylidene)cyclopentanone were synthesized and screened for antiinflammatory activity.Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that two compounds of them exerted appreciable inhibitory effects on xylene induced ear edema in mice. |
