摘    要:目的探讨踝臂血压指数(ABI)的危险因素。方法采用欧姆龙动脉硬化测定仪同步监测体检人员ABI、心率、平均动脉压,同时记录身高、体重、年龄、性别。应用多元线性回归方法,分析ABI与心率、平均动脉、身高、体重、性别、年龄的关系。结果多元线性回归分析表明ABI与年龄成正相关,P〈0·001;ABI与心率成负相关,P〈0·001;ABI与性别之间有一定关联,P值接近0·05。ABI与身高、体重、MAP无明显相关性。结论在体检人群中,推广ABI监测具有重要价值。

Multiple Linear Regression Analysis of Ankle-brachial Index and Risk Factors

Abstract:Objective To explore Ankle-brachial index (ABI) and its relationship between factors. Methods Using Omron atherosclerosis monitor to detect ABI, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, and recorded height, weight, age in medical groups, multiple linear regression analysis of ABI and heart rate, mean arterial, height, weight, gender and age. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ABI was significationally correlated with age, P0001; ABI was negatively correlated with heart rate, P0001; ABI is probably correlated gender, P value was closed to 005 ABI and the height, weight, MAP was no significant correlation. Conclusion Medical people, the promotion of Monitoring ABI is important in medical people.
