| 摘 要： | 目的：观察采用中西医结合方法预防食道静脉曲张破裂出血的效果。方法：对诊断明确的患者采用中西医结合治疗（治疗组）33例，对照组32例。采用彩色多普勒超声仪分别测定服药前和服药后1、4、12周门静脉内径（DPV）、脾静脉内径（DSV）、门静脉血流速度（VPV）、脾静脉血流速度（VSV），计算其门静脉血流量（QPV）和脾静脉血流量（QSV）的改变。结果：中西医结合治疗可改善门静脉前后血流，降低门静脉高压。结论：认为中西医结合治疗肝硬化门静高压，是防止复发的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | To observe the Clinical studies on the prevention of esophageal varices rupture with integrated methods. Methods: 33 cases were treated with the integrated method while another 32 cases serve as th e control. Measurements were made before and after the treatment on the diameter of portal vein, diameter of spleen vein, velocity of portal vein and velocity o f spleen vein. The changes of portal vein volume and spleen vein volume were cal culated. Results: The velocity of the portal vein was improved a nd the portal vein pressure was reduced in the integrated cases. Conclus ion: The integrated method was effective in treating portal hypertension in cirrhosis cases. |
