西安市布氏杆菌病2007年及第4周期的监测工作报告

目的监测了解布氏杆菌病（布病）感染现况。方法根据《陕西省布病监测方案》和《西安布病监测实施方案》要求开展监测，病例判定依据（GB15988-1995）。结果该周期累计完成5个区县5217人的监测任务，琥红平板凝集试验（RB胛）检测血清1139份，阳性25N（2．2％）；阳性血清经试管凝集试验（sAT）检测6份阳性（24．0％），RBPT和SAT经市疾控中心复检仅有阳性1份（滴度均〉1：100），结合GB和流行病学判定病例1例。结论提示布病疫情呈现波动趋势，仍应进行动态观察，密切关注人、畜发病动态。

Monitoring on Epidemic situation of Brucellosis in Xi'an,2007

Objective ] To Analysis the epidemic situation of brucellosis. Methods ] The surveillance was performed according to the requirement of Sanxi Project on Inspection of Brucellosis and Xi＇an Project on Inspection of Brucellosis. Patients were diagnosed in accordance with GB 15988-1995 （GB）. Results] 5217 people of 5 districts were inspected in the period. 1137 serum samples were determined by the rose bengal plate test （ RBPT）, and 25 samples was positiv（2.2% ） e. The positive serum were examined by the standard tube agglutination test（ SAT）, 6 samples was positive（ 24.0% ）. The RBPT and SAT positive samples were re-examination by Xi＇an center for disease control and prevention, 1 samples was positive（titers 〉 1 ： 100 ）. In accordance with GB and epidemiology, 1 case was diagnosed as brucellosis. Conclusion] It was proved that epidemic situation of Brucellosis had a wave tendency. The Epidemic situation of people and animal should be observed dynamically.
