论医院整合

现实医院的发展存在着三个层面的矛盾：与社会的矛盾，自身发展的矛盾和与患者的矛盾。原因是由各种整合力量在医院改革过程中的重新定位失衡造成的。医院要解决矛盾实现健康发展，只有通过运用政治、经济和文化整合手段按照组织管理的系统化，经济扩张的社会化和文化建设的人文化方法对医院各种整合力量实行有效整合。整合应注意手段与方法的协同性、均衡性和动态性。

The political, economic and cultural intergration maysand mathodsshould be used to intergrate effectively the different integration forces in hospital according to the systmization of management,, socialization of economic expansion and humanization of cultural constructionin order to solve the contra dictions and realize the rapid development of the hospitals. The cooperation, proportion and tendence of the ways and the methods should be considered in the intergration.
