| Abstract: | Aiming at the current health care status of community health service organization and higher level hospitals, the paper elaborates the importance and necessity of carrying out two-way referral medical care from the aspect of optimizing health resources allocation. It discusses how to realize two-way referral medical care based on remote medical service system, the practice confirm that two-way referral medical care based on remote medical service system could receive notable achievement. |
