| 摘 要： | 目的研究龈沟液中白细胞介素石（IL-6）和前列腺素E2（PGE2）水平与慢性牙周炎的关系。方法 采用ELISA法对49例慢性牙周炎患者和40例健康牙龈组织的龈沟液中IL-6和PGE2进行测定，分析IL-6和PGE2的浓度在慢性牙周炎者和健康牙龈组织中的分布。结果慢性牙周炎患者的IL-6和PGE2水平明显高于健康人。结论IL-6和PGE：水平是推测慢性牙周炎破坏程度的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of IL-6, PGE2 in gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） and chronic periodontitis. Methods Forty-nine patients with chronic periodontitis and 40 healthy adults were enrolled in this study. GCF IL-6, PGE2 levels were assayed by ELISA. Results The level of IL-6, PGE2 in the GCF of patients with chronic periodontitis was significantly higher compared with that of healthy adults（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion IL-6 and PGE2 level were important index for the degree of obstruction in patients with chronic periodontitis. |
