| 摘 要： | 通过对250人老年干部的心电图和心电向量图检查,其结果经统计学处理分析,发现两种检查的阳性检出率存在着明显差别,其中心电向量图的异常检出率远远大于心电图,尤以左心室肥大、左前分支传导阻滞等为明显,说明了心电向量图对老年人心脏的电学活动检查比心电图诊断为敏感。

| Abstract: | We found that the positive rates of examination obtained by examining 250 old cadres with electrocardiogram and vectorcardiogram and analysing the results statistically were quite different. The rate of abnormality from the examination with vectorcardiogram was far bigger than that with electrocar-diogram, especially for the left ventricular hypertrophy and the left anterior branch block.
This demonstrated that in examining the electro-action of the heart of the old patient vectorcardiogram was more sensitive than electrocardiogram. |
