SARS患者恐怖情绪的追踪研究

目的　探讨SARS患者不同阶段恐怖情绪的发生情况及相关影响因素。方法　采用回顾性追踪研究方法 ,使用SCL- 90、PSSS、SES、SCQ、EPQ量表做为测定工具 ,连续评估SARS患者入院、出院及SARS消退后 2个月时 3个阶段心理症状和应激中介变量 ,主要统计分析SCL - 90恐怖因子分。结果　SARS患者恐怖因子分出院时显著高于对照人群 ;自身前后对照出院时显著高于入院时。结果发现 3个影响因素 ,消极应对方式和女性是危险因素 ,高自尊是保护因素。结论　SARS危机中 ,SARS患者恐怖症状会在一段时间内逐渐增强 ,达到高峰后又会随着危机的缓解而逐步下降。在应激事件中 ,培养较强的自尊和运用积极应对方式面对危机 ,可以有效地减轻恐怖情绪

Follow-up study on phobia emotion of SARS patients

Objective To study the incidence and influencing factors of phobia emotions among SARS patients for different periods. Methods Retrospective follow-up study was performed using some scales including SCL-90, PSSS,SES,SCQ and EPQ. The mental symptoms and stress intermediary variable for 3 periods (admission,discharge and the SARS recovery for 2 months)were continuously assessed. Phobia factor score of SCL-90 was analyzed mainly. Results During discharge compared with control people,the phobia factor score was obviously higher.At self-comparison, the phobia factor score of discharge was also markedly higher than that of admission.There were three mainly influencing factors:negative facing with and female were risk factors,and high self-respect was the protective factor. Conclusion Confronting with severe stress,the phobia symptoms of SARS patients are gradually strengthened up to a peak,then continuous decline with disease remission. In stress event,it is an effective way to develop higher self-respect and activity facing the crisis.
