新鲜羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床研究

目的 评价人类羊膜移植眼表重建的临床效果。方法 采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗碱烧伤7例（8眼），酸烧伤5例（6眼），热烧伤6例（6眼），睑球粘连3例（3眼）。复发性翼状胬肉50例（56只眼）。结果 71例患者的羊膜移植手术均为1次成功。平均随访12．5个月，羊膜移植片未见免疫排斥反应或溶解吸收。手术后，患者的睑球粘连松解，复发性翼状胬内在随访期间未见复发。结论 人类羊膜移植重建眼表是一种良好的手术方法。

A Clinical Study on Fresh Amniotic Membrane Transplantation for Diseases Of Ocular Surface

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ocular surface reconstruction by human amnion transplantation.Methods 7 patients(8eyes) who had alkali burn,5patients(6 eyes) who had acid burn,6 patients(6 eyes) who had thermal burn,and 3 patients(3 eyes) who had symblepharon,50 patients(56 eyes) who had recurrent pterygium,were treated with AMT.Results The operation for all cases was successfully performed by one single operation.All patients were followed by a duration of 12.5 months in average.No immunological rejection,necrosis and graft absorption were found.After the transplantation,symblepharons were loosened,and no recurrence was found in cases of pterygium during the period of follow-up.Conclusions Ocular surface reconstruction by human amnion transplantation is a good method for operation.
