男性性激素水平与冠心病传统危险因素的关系

目的探讨男性性激素水平与冠心病(CHD)及其各种传统危险因素之间的相关性。方法以115例接受选择性冠脉造影检查的男性患者为研究对象,根据冠脉造影结果分为CHD组(75例)和对照组(40例)。采用放免法测定雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)和硫酸脱氢表雄酮(DHEAS)。比较2组之间性激素水平的差异及其与各种传统危险因素之间的关系。结果CHD组患者血清T、DHEA和DHEAS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖尿病、吸烟史及体质量指数与雌、雄激素水平分别具有不同程度的相关性;高血压和一些血脂指标则仅与雄激素水平相关。结论血清雄激素水平降低与男性CHD发病相关;性激素内环境紊乱可影响CHD传统危险因素的表达进而影响男性CHD的发生发展。

The correlation between male hormones and conventional risk factors of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between male hormones and conventional risk factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) in men.Methods 115 male patients who underwent coronary angiography were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into CHD group (n=75) and control group (n=40) according to the results of coronary angiography.The serum concentra tions of testosterone (T),estradiol (E2),pregnane(P),dehydroepian drosterone (DHEA) and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) were detected by RIA.The statistical analyses were performed by using SPSS 12.0 software.Results The levels of T,DHEA and DHEAS in CHD group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Diabetes mellitus,cigarette smoking and body mass index were correlated with estrogen and androgens,however hypertension and some parameters of serum lipids were correlated only with the levels of androgens.Conclusion The decrease of levels of serum male hormones is related with the pathogenesis of male CHD,and the disturbance of sex hormones internal environment could affect the conventional risk factors of CHD,as a result,which might further affect the pathogenesis and development of male CHD.
