Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with CBLmethod in otolaryngology teaching.Methods 60 undergraduate medical students were selected as observation objects from March 2020 to May 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given traditional teaching method in otolaryngology teaching,while the observation group was gaven PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of otolaryngology and the learning enthusiasm,theoretical achievement,clinical skill comprehensive score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The learning enthusiasm rate,basic score,comprehensive clinical score and overall satisfaction of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL in otolaryngology theory teaching can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction of medical students.
