| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on the sequelae of stroke and the effect of sleep quality.Methods:A total of 82 cases of stroke sequelae were selected for the study,and all cases were admitted to Bengbu First People′s Hospital from February 2019 to January 2020.The cases were divided into control and observation groups randomly according to the single-blind method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture treatment.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,the observation group′s National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,and Activity of Daily Life(ADL)score were significantly improved compared with the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of acupuncture and rehabilitation training for patients with sequelae of stroke can significantly improve the neurological function,self-care ability and sleep quality of patients,and has high clinical application value. |
