Analysis of Related Risk Factors of Postoperative Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods 52 lower limb deep vein thrombosis and 52 patients without lower limb deep vein thrombosis were selected.Age, gender and BMI,obsese or not, postoperative D-dimer and postoperative FIB were collected.Results Age, malignant tumor, hypertension, postoperative D-dimer, postoperative FIB were influecing factors of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in oral and maxillofacial tumor patients(P<0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that age >55,malignant tumor, hypertension were the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor surgery, postoperative D-dimer ≤250 μg/L,postoperative FIB≤4 g/L were the protective factors of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor(P<0.05).Conclusions There are many risk factors for deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors, which can combine scientific risk factors and protective factors to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs.
