PBL结合CBL教学法在生殖科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨以问题为基础(PBL)结合以案例为基础(CBL)的教学模式在生殖医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值和效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2020年11月本院生殖医学中心住院医师规范化培训学员45名,根据教学方法将其分为两组,研究组运用PBL结合CBL教学模式进行双轨式综合培训,对照组采用传统教学法。两组学员均由生殖医学中心的带教老师进行教学查房和临床操作的培训,以理论考核及操作技能考核成绩进行比较分析,并结合问卷调查表的形式反馈教学效果。结果研究组的简答题、病例分析题和总成绩得分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);同时,问卷调查结果显示,与对照组比较,研究组接受PBL结合CBL教学后其自主学习能力、学习兴趣、知识面提升及总体满意率均自觉明显提高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL结合CBL教学模式有助于提高生殖中心住院医师规范化培训学员的自主学习、临床思维及临床处理能力,增加深度学习效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combine with case-based teaching mode(CBL)in the standardized training of resident physicians in reproductive medicine.Methods A total of 45 residents for standardized training were selected from reproductive medical center of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2019 to November 2020,who were randomly divided into research group(22 residents)and control group(23 residents).Both groups were taught by reproductive medical center to conduct teaching rounds and clinical operation training,while the observation group used PBL combine with CBL teaching method.The theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment results were compared and analyzed,and the teaching results were investigated in the form of questionnaires.Results The scores of questions and answers,case analysis questions and total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the teaching effect evaluation questionnaire suggest that the research group's self-learning ability,learning enthusiasm,scope of knowledge are all improved,the teaching process is more satisfied,and the disease awareness is better(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combine with CBL teaching mode are benefit for standardized resident training of reproductive medicine to improve the ability of autodidacticism,clinical thinking and problem-solving,promote deep learning.
