Application of PBL Combined With CBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training and Teaching of Emergency Residents

Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training and teaching of emergency residents.Methods 80 trainees who participated in the standardized training of residents in our department from March to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into two groups of 40.The control group used PBL teaching method,and the observation group used PBL combined with CBL teaching method to teach.After the teaching,DOPS score,Mini-CEX score,skill operation and student satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching results of the two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the DOPS indexes and total scores,teaching satisfaction,mini CEX assessment score and first aid skill operation scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can help to improve the learning ability of students and improve the quality of emergency clinical teaching in emergency training teaching.
