临床护理教学中微课联合探讨式教学模式的价值分析

摘    要:目的 分析临床护理教学中微课联合探讨式教学模式的价值。方法 选取2019年6月—2020年6月来本科室实习的学员66名,按教学方式分为两组,各33例,对照组予以常规教学模式,研究组予以微课教学联合探讨式教学模式,比较两组学习能力、学员满意度及考核优秀率。结果 实施教学后,研究组学生的行为、评价、意识、沟通、策略能力评分均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05);比较两组学员考核优秀率,研究组优秀率72.73%高于对照组优秀率48.48%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组学生满意度及考核优秀率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在临床护理教学的过程中,采用微课联合探讨式教学模式,学生的接受度和认可度高,此种方法能够让学生更容易更深刻掌握知识重点,更好的提高临床诊疗思维,对学生的成绩有正向的作用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of micro course combined discussion teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 66 students who came to the undergraduate practice room from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the teaching methods,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode and the research group was given the micro class teaching combined discussion teaching mode.The learning ability,student satisfaction and assessment excellence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of behavior,evaluation,consciousness,communication and strategy ability of students in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the excellent rate of the study group was 72.73%higher than 48.48%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The student satisfaction and excellent rate of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing teaching,the micro class joint discussion teaching mode is adopted,which has a high degree of acceptance and recognition of students.This method can make it easier for students to grasp the key points of knowledge more deeply,better improve the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and have a positive effect on students'achievements.
