To Explore the Effect of Sleep Quality on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in Pregnant Women

Objective:To investigate the influence of sleep quality on gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnant women.Methods:100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes treated in Zouping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 100 pregnant women without gestational diabetes during the same period were selected as the control group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.Glucose tolerance(OGTT)test was performed on the two groups of pregnant women to detect blood biochemical indicators,analyze the single factor affecting sleep between the two groups of pregnant women,and explore the effect of sleep quality on gestational diabetes.Results:After nursing,the improvement effect of sleep quality in the observation group was better than that of the control group,the blood glucose measurement value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and TG,TC,2 hPG,HbA1c and FPG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the single factors affecting sleep in pregnant women,the number of pregnant women in the control group with pre-pregnancy weight BIM<18.5,25.0~28 and>28 were lower than those in the observation group,and the number of unemployed pregnant women in the control group was more than that in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep disorder is closely related to the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus.High-quality nursing intervention and psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep disorder of patients and improve the quality of sleep.
